An institutional investor with assets across diversified industry sectors including Logistics, Energy & Infrastructure is looking to hire an Investment Manager with specialism in the Logistics sector.

The successful candidate will contribute to the development of the departmental strategy of divestment and privatisation, as cascaded down from the department of food, aquamarine and logistics.

To be suitable for this role you will have managed teams of direct and indirect reports through effective recruitment, development, performance management, and succession planning, in order to maximise team performance and achieve objectives.

Oversee the Logistics division’s daily operations by providing expertise, enabling teamwork, and aligning processes, in order to achieve high performance standards and meet established targets. Ensure alignment of investee companies operating in the logistics sectors with diversification objectives to make sure that the subsidiaries are reflecting the company’s strategies and maximising overall value strategies.

Preferable professional qualifications include CFA, CPA/ ACCA/FCCA. Fluency in English is essential. Fluency in Arabic is advantageous. Proficiency in MS Office is essential (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Experience with business-related software is desirable.
