A prestigious global investment firm is seeking to hire an investment management attorney for its New York offices. The ideal candidate must have 2 to 4 years PQE in securities and investment laws and ideally have asset management, investment banking or a financial services experience. You would be expected to analyse regulatory and compliance issues in a fast-paced and rapidly changing business environment. Knowledge of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, the Securities Act of 1933, the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, the Investment Company Act of 1940, and/or the Commodity Exchange Act is a plus.
