Position: Senior Regulatory Compliance Executive
An award-winning online broker in forex, stocks, crypto, gold, CFD’s and commodities, is looking to hire a senior regulatory compliance executive for their Guernsey operation.
The successful candidate will join a dedicated regulatory team in the group’s compliance department which looks after multiple aspects relating to financial and banking regulations. Your particular focus will be on investment services regulation surrounding CFDs. In a dynamic environment with growing regulatory challenges and product and process innovations, you will timeously identify relevant regulatory changes and initiate necessary measures to accommodate them. Identify emerging compliance trends and evaluate the need for enhanced compliance regulation in specific areas.
To be suitable for this role, you will ideally have five+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, audit or risk function, with an undergraduate degree in legal, compliance or related fields and knowledge of investment services regulations. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent English communication skills and the ability to work well at all levels of personnel and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. Work experience in a fintech organisation and in European regulatory compliance projects are advantageous.
