Our client is a long-established independent fiduciary an corporate services provider based in Guernsey. On their behalf we are looking to fill a newly created position as associate director -compliance

The role-holder will form the senior leadership team, alongside the incumbent risk and compliance director, in developing, administering and keeping all internal and external policies and procedures up to date with regulatory and licence requirements.

Applicants should have demonstrable experience in having worked in a senior compliance and risk role in a financial services environment, Naturally a recognised professional qualification such as ICA Diploma will be expected. Excellent knowledge of the Guernsey regulatory environment will be essential.
