Position: Corporate Secretarial Executive
An award-winning online broker in forex, stocks, crypto, gold. CFD’s and commodities, is looking to hire a corporate secretarial executive for their new operation in Guernsey
The successful candidate will join the group’s corporate governance team, responsible for managing all corporate matters and providing administrative support and a full range of corporate duties to ensure global compliance with statutory obligations and legislative requirements. Assist the group in keeping abreast with legal and statutory developments, preparing and updating company records and maintaining due diligence with all our client’s entities. If you wish to gain insight into the multiple jurisdictions within which our client operates and get real-world exposure in an in-house setting, you will find this role exciting and fulfilling.
To be suitable for this role, you will have a university degree in a field, at least one year’s experience in a similar role, proficiency in Microsoft related Office and software programs and the ability to balance multiple priorities and to complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and excellent English communication skills.
