A pioneering digital bank with a strong crypto offering is looking to hire a high-calibre legal professional with strong banking experience to add drive and dynamism to their already successful team. The Bank has a very unique offering in the market and boasts a high performing and well-respected senior leadership team. They are at the forefront of the digital/crypto banking revolution and enjoy excellent backing, a very strong brand name, and a dynamic working environment.

In this position you will have exposure across the whole business, the team is structured in such a way that each member has visibility across all areas (regulatory/HR /product/contracts etc.) and across multiple jurisdictions. The vision for this role is that you will have exposure to the ExCo whilst managing more junior members of staff on the day-to-day running of the department. You will manage a small team (1/2 people) and so you will be exposed to both the ‘bit-picture’ strategic direction of the business, whilst managing the day-to-day.

To be considered for this position it’s thought you will have strong Banking experience (ideally international), be a qualified lawyer, and admitted to the Swiss Bar. A strong personality will be needed for this role, managing competing priorities in a diplomatic and pragmatic fashion, and you will be an excellent communicator (English is the spoken language, German a ‘nice to have’).
