A well-funded and dynamic start-up that is looking to provide a first-rate service to institutional and private clients within the digital asset space is looking to hire a Chief Operating Officer. The firm is very well connected throughout the Middle East, and has a very experienced founding team which puts them in a very strong position for successful growth. The platform has recently enjoyed a very public partnership with a major partner, and is now looking to harness this publicity for further commercial success. The platform has all necessary licenses and funding, and is looking to fill this position urgently.
In this position you will be responsible for all operational aspects of the platform, ensuring smooth processes across the board. The role also has commercial responsibility meaning you will work closely with the wider senior leadership team to create a compelling strategy for growth. The platform is currently a small and tight-knit team, and so your responsibilities will be wide-ranging as is normal in a start-up. Treasury operations are an important part of this position, and you will be well presented and polished with the ability to engage potential investors (e.g. Sovereign wealth funds, Family offies).
To be considered for this position you will have strong operational experience and knowledge around digital assets, and a keen commercial mindset. You will have a strong and relevant network in the ME, and you will ideally be coming from a regulated environment. English is the spoken and any post-graduate or professional qualifications (MBA/CFA etc.) will be seen as a major positive in your application.
