Our client is a prestigious Holding Company with assets across the Hospitality sectors.

The role of Hospitality Asset Operations Director is responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of hotel assets, managing third-party operators, and acting as the primary liaison for hotel general managers. This role ensures the financial and operational success of all hotels under the company’s management. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multiple hotel brands, validating third-party requests, and collaborating with asset management teams on investment and equity evaluations.

You will oversee the performance of all hotel assets, ensuring each property meets its operational and financial targets. They will serve as the primary point of contact for hotel general managers, providing strategic guidance and support to optimize performance. Managing relationships with third-party operators, ensure alignment with company goals and high standards of service and brand integrity.

In addition, you will review and validate third-party brand proposals, ensuring compliance with brand standards and contractual agreements. Work closely with hotel general managers to ensure consistent results across all properties and facilitate communication between the leadership team, third-party operators, and hotel management. Collaborate with the asset management team on all hospitality projects, including renovations and new investments, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Assess investment opportunities, review equity requirements, and provide financial insights to support decision-making. Participate in CapEx planning, ensuring projects meet budget and operational targets.

Focus on operational excellence, improving profitability, standards, and guest satisfaction. Monitor performance metrics, conduct regular property visits, and provide reports on asset performance, identifying areas for improvement.

The ideal applicant will have a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration, with 10+ years of experience in asset management or hospitality operations. Strong financial acumen, leadership, and communication skills are essential.
