Our client is a proudly independent financial services provider with offices in the Channel Islands, Luxembourg and the UK. On their behalf we are looking to fill the position of client services director in their Guernsey office.
This is a senior management position requiring the role-holder to lead operational and strategic delivery of all offerings to the company’s clients. The main focus of the role will be on funds but direction and oversight of the corporate and private wealth teams will also be required.
A minimum of 10 years experience in the offshore financial services industry will be expected with a deep understanding of fund administration and the regulatory environment. A good knowledge of the private wealth and corporate services will be beneficial. Applicants ideally should be degree educated and hold a relevant professional qualification. Experience as an “a” signatory and company and client boardroom experience will be essential.
Our client is a market leader in finding advanced technological solutions to further enhance their client offerings and experience. The role-holder should be well acquainted with such technology and be a leader at staying at the forefront in advancing future improvements in efficiency.
As a team leader and senior member of the management, the role-holder will be an ambassador for the company and will be expected to present and attend client and industry events, often requiring off – island travel to do so.
