A top-tier global investment firm is seeking an Associate for its Strategy team in New York.
In this role, you will assess intricate business challenges that influence the company's long-term growth and strategic initiatives. You will approach these issues by conducting in-depth research and using both qualitative and quantitative analysis to develop insights. Your ability to innovate and offer strategic recommendations will play a critical role in shaping the client’s operations and future direction.
Ideal candidates will have a strong academic and professional background, with 2 to 4 years of experience in a related field, which can be outside finance. You’ll be expected to handle multiple projects simultaneously and display a strong desire for learning, an entrepreneurial spirit, curiosity, and a readiness to take on new challenges.
