On behalf of an international law firm in Switzerland, we are looking for an experienced Swiss tax expert to provide wealth and succession planning advice to UHNW private clients and entrepreneurs.
To be suitable for this role the most important requirement is that you are currently studying or have completed the Swiss Federal ‘expertise fiscal’ diploma and you possess 5 years plus experience in private client tax matters. If you are a qualified lawyer ideally with a Swiss law barristers’ certificate or Juriste or European Masters in Law this would be beneficial although not essential. STEP qualified would also be desirable. The job will be to work from either our client's Geneva or Zurich offices. Working in a private client team duties will include providing tax and/or legal advice on various topics relating to estate and succession planning. Drafting of legal documents such as wills and inheritance agreements. Set up trust and foundation structures. In depth research regarding complex legal issues and draft memos and opinions. Fluent English written and spoken is essential and French or German is a definite plus.
