A unique role has arisen in our client's legal team for an experienced lawyer with strong governance expertise. The role essentially requires the successful candidate to have legal and compliance experience and background. This position is ideal for a lawyer with a keen interest in governance, who is prepared to take the lead on internal governance frameworks, regulatory compliance, and provide advice to senior leadership. A practical understanding of corporate law is preferred, and in-house experience gained within a regulated environment would also be advantageous. The successful candidate will support the Chief Legal Counsel, offering legal and governance guidance across our client's various partnerships and entities.
