An UHNW entrepreneur is looking to hire a German speaking HR manager for their Private office in Bahrain. You will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions within the organisation, ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance with labour laws. The role includes managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training, and ensuring a positive workplace culture. This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, leadership skills, and the ability to implement HR initiatives effectively.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, a Master’s degree or HR certification (CIPD, SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

You will have at least 5 to 7 years of HR administration experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

A strong understanding of labour laws and regulations in the region and proven leadership and conflict-resolution abilities is required.
