Our client, a leading and prestigious organisation, are seeking a Head of Marketing, the role is to be based either in Guernsey, Jersey or the Isle of Man offices.

The successful individual will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing and communication plan across consumer and business segments. Develop strategies that build awareness, create engagement opportunities, and drive customer and revenue growth.

To be suitable for this role you will need a minimum of 5 years marketing / communications experience and 3 years experience in a similar role. An excellent understanding of commercial strategies, and the ability to articulate links between desired outcomes and marketing strategies. The successful applicant should have a track record of developing brands and product marketing strategies on a long-term basis in consumer and/or business segments. Possess good communication and leadership skills, to be able to manage and motivate internal marketing teams across different locations.
