On behalf of a well-established privately-owned holding company headquartered in Zurich we are looking for an exceptional executive assistant to the CEO. The business spans diverse sectors including ship logistics, petroleum engineering, and across verticals such as private equity and venture capital, spanning around the world.
A minimum of 5 years experience in an executive assistant position is required for this interesting role which will be to undertake a variety of administrative and executive support related duties.
Responsibilities include providing clerical and administrative procedures in order to ensure the highest standards of support to the CEO's business activities. Be the focal point of contact for coordinating business matters, including arranging appointments and Visa's for travel arrangements for the CEO. Budget for cost planning, written translation and corresponding in English, German and Russian is a must.
Managing multiple activities simultaneously by designing and maintaining filing data systems and reporting.
The successful candidate will have a commercial business understanding. You must have a minimum of 5 to 7 years experience in Switzerland or Germany, as an executive assistant to a Chairman, President or CEO. Excellent organisational and planning skills and professional communication (written and spoken) in German, English and Russian.
