A Swiss on-line currency exchange company with offices across Switzerland are looking to recruit a digital marketing assistant and customer service representative.

Assisting a marketing manager, you will provide customer support to new and existing clients. Dealing with digital marketing, on-boarding clients and identifying and AML and KYC procedures. You will provide customer support via phone and email and also manage social media accounts.

Native French speaking is required, excellent English or Italian is a prerequisite. You much possess strong IT skills and in depth knowledge of AI tools and have at least one years experience in a marketing agency or digital customer support role.
