Our client is currently looking for a Compliance Advisory Senior Manager to be based in their Jersey office to join the businesses Global R&C team. Reporting directly to the Director, Compliance Advisory, you will oversee and support all aspects of regulatory compliance for the TCB and FSB businesses in Jersey.
You will be expected to bring your expertise and be the SME to drive change and the continuous improvement of a robust risk and compliance model that supports the business achieving its strategic objectives.
You will have at least 8 years' industry experience & previous experience of acting in a senior risk role for a variety of entities is preferential. You will hold a recognised and relevant professional qualification such as ICA Diploma in Compliance or similar. You will have exceptional knowledge of regulatory frameworks applicable to TCB and FSB in Jersey. Communication skills with the ability to influence and inform and to challenge constructively when required. A self-starter with the ability to make decisions and use own initiative within the scope of regulatory requirements, policy and procedures. Proven ability to create operational capacity within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Strong business acumen with a pragmatic approach to problem solving. Exceptional integrity and work ethic. Resilient yet flexible and approachable to encompass multiple competing demands.
