The firm is very well connected throughout the Middle East, and has a very experienced founding team which puts them in a very strong position for successful growth. The platform has recently enjoyed a very public partnership with a major partner, and is now looking to harness this publicity for further commercial success. In this position you will be responsible for all operational aspects of the platform, ensuring smooth processes across the board. The role also has commercial responsibility meaning you will work closely with the wider senior leadership team to create a compelling strategy for growth. The platform is currently a small and tight-knit team, and so your responsibilities will be wide-ranging as is normal in a start-up.
To be considered for this position you will have strong operational experience and knowledge around digital assets, and a keen commercial mindset. You will have a strong and relevant network in the ME, and you will ideally be coming from a regulated environment. English is the spoken language, with Arabic being a ‘nice to have’, and any post-graduate or professional qualifications (MBA/CFA etc.) will be seen as a major positive in your application.
