A dynamic boutique fiduciary firm specialising in accounting, compliance, and business advisory services in Switzerland is looking to hire a Swiss professionally qualified senior certified accountant for a key position within the company.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounting tasks, preparing financial statements, assisting with tax filings, and providing strategic guidance on setting up entities in Switzerland. A key aspect of the role will be to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of existing institutional clients, including companies in the blockchain, crypto, and technology sectors. You will be the primary point of contact for these clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing personalized advice to support their business growth. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and mentoring junior staff members who will assist with daily accounting and administrative tasks.
To be suitable for this role, you will hold a "Treuhänder mit eidg. Fachausweis" or an equivalent Swiss accounting qualification, ideally a CPA. You should have at least 3 years of experience in accounting or related fields, with a solid understanding of Swiss accounting standards and tax regulations. Strong client relationship management skills are essential, as well as fluency in German and English.
For candidates with more experience and higher qualifications, such as CPA, a higher salary will be offered.
