A leading fiduciary specialist in the areas of accounting, auditing and business, tax and legal advice in Switzerland is looking to hire a tax expert.
The successful candidate will manage, coordinate and support national and international mandates in Swiss and international tax law. In particular, advise clients on restructuring, M&A transactions and tax planning. Conduct negotiations with tax authorities and accompany tax audits and appeals proceedings. Coach our client’s future tax experts and tax clerks in all technical and practical issues. Work regularly with colleagues from other specialist areas (law, business consulting, finance & accounting and auditing) and form interdisciplinary teams.
To be suitable for this role, you will be a qualified tax expert and have professional experience in trust management. Have a very good understanding of financial accounting and can analyse annual financial statements from a tax perspective. Have experience in processing and monitoring tax declarations for legal and natural persons. Know the needs of your clients, see the connections and possibilities behind the number and be excellent at familiarising yourself with new issues. Your way of work is structured, independent, results-oriented and always with an eye on business goals. Fluent in German with a good knowledge of English. Value contact with people, enjoy maintaining relationships and have good communication skills.
