Our client, a top global law firm is looking to hire a senior counsel for its Banking & Finance department based in the Channel Islands.
The successful applicant will be expected to advise clients on a wide variety of matters relating to banking and finance and regulatory issues. Be involved in a wide variety of finance operations such as funds, banking & finance, securities, secured lending, acquisition and real estate finance.
The ideal candidate must have completed a postgraduate law degree from UK and gained a minimum of 8 years PQE in banking & finance / corporate experience at a top tier law firm with international exposure. Dealing with offshore clients is an advantage.
