Our client is a privately owned Guernsey head-quartered company offering family office services to UHNW individual and families across multiple jurisdictions. As part of their continued growth they are looking to for an experienced onboarding and compliance manager.

Applicants should have at least ten years experience in a compliance/risk related role with three years as a prescribed person with the local regulator. A professional qualification such as ICA will be expected This position is a senior role in this growing organisation which values a truly family-type and supportive working environment.

Our client will soon be moving to an out-of-town bespoke office with all the facilities of a company where employee well-being is paramount. Facilities will include a modern office space, a dining room, a common room with honesty bar, pool tables and other recreational elements together with a small gym.

Applicants should have a career of longevity in current/previous roles and have Guernsey residential status.
